Design and Delivery of Post-Acquisition Culture Change Programme
Following a £650m acquisition by Japan based Glory, cash management specialists Talaris became Glory Global Solutions. Alongside side the complete external rebrand, the business understood the importance of investing in their employees to create the correct internal culture throughout the global business.
Medena were appointed to engage on the full articulation of a culture change programme to be rolled out across 20 countries and touching more than 2,500 employees. A comprehensive “Workshop” kit was created, designed and written by Medena, with the objective of challenging all employees to not focus on the differences in culture within the business but to embrace them and find common ways of working closely together to build a cohesive Glory Global Solutions culture and environment.
Medena produced all elements of the kit, delivered as the “Culture Workshop in a Box”, including presentation tools, group activities and instructions for pan-business engagement, it was further translated and produced into 5 different languages.
